Nagsa Group: Ecuadorian Innovation at GlassBuild America 2024

We are incredibly proud to have represented Ecuador at GlassBuild America 2024, the premier event for the glass and aluminum industry in the United States, held in Dallas, Texas. In an exclusive interview with Radio Elite 99.7 TV, I had the opportunity to share our company’s achievements, commitment to sustainability, and expansion plans in the U.S. market.

International Recognition at GlassBuild America

This year, we received the prestigious “Best in Show” award at GlassBuild America 2024, a recognition that celebrated the innovation, design, and sustainability of our booth. Designed by our own team, we created an interactive experience for visitors, allowing them to explore our products through QR codes and screens displaying our production plant in Ecuador. This unique approach helped us stand out and earn the title of the best booth at the event.

Innovation and Sustainability in Every Product

Sustainability is a core pillar of our company. During the Radio Elite 99.7 TV interview, we explained how we manage the entire production process, from recycling aluminum to manufacturing high-quality profiles for doors and windows. “We use infinitely recyclable aluminum, which allows us to reduce environmental impact,” Nouhra noted. Thanks to this approach, we have obtained hurricane-resistant certifications for our products, enabling us to compete in the demanding U.S. market with solutions that provide safety and durability under extreme conditions.

Expanding in the United States

GlassBuild America has also opened new doors for expanding our presence in the U.S. Currently, we are exporting to Florida and are in the process of opening a showroom in Miami, along with a warehouse to enhance the distribution of our products. This expansion strengthens our foothold in the U.S. market while generating jobs in Ecuador, driving the country’s economic growth.

Resilience and Adaptability

Despite challenges like power outages in Ecuador, we have demonstrated our ability to adapt. “We are resourceful and can adjust to any circumstance,” I stated during the interview, highlighting our resilience and commitment to quality and sustainability.

We take immense pride in bringing Ecuadorian innovation to new markets. At Grupo Nagsa, we are dedicated to transforming the glass and aluminum industry in the United States while continuing to drive Ecuador’s economic development through our products and vision.
